Zoning Definitions
There are three zones within the Kingsburg Business Park. Please reference the Municiple Code for more information. Below is a cursory description of each followed by a map noting each zoning area within the park:
Central Commercial 17.40.020 - CC - Professional and commercial offices, retail stores and service establishments which supply commodities or provide services primarily to meet the needs of residents of the entire community. Examples: apparel stores, art supply stores, book stores, bowling alleys, department stores, food stores, delicatessens and supermarkets, garden shops, hotels,medical buildings, sporting goods stores, sports arenas within buildings, theaters.
Highway Commercial 17.40.040 - CH - The highway commercial district is intended primarily for application to areas along major highway entrances to the city. Examples: hotels, restaurants.
Service Commercial 17.40.030 - CS - The service commercial district is intended primarily for establishments engaged in servicing equipment, materials and products, but which do not require the manufacturing, assembly, packaging or processing of articles or merchandise for distribution and retail sale. Examples: automobile sale and service (new), boat sales and service, offices, restaurants, including drive-in restaurants, service stations, trade schools.
