The Kingsburg Business Park is shovel-ready with grading, roads, utilities and lighting already in place.

Water system main sizes varies between 8" minimum and 12" maximum.  Service laterals are 2" minimum.  Meters and backflow preventers to be installed by each lot developer. Reference map below.

The Kingsburg Business Park lots are supplied from SoCalGas’ system by a 2-inch medium-pressure line.  If a customer requires a larger volume of gas than the medium-pressure line can supply, a service can be pulled from a high-pressure line located on Sierra Street.
